The Historic Mansion in Anchorage, KY is owned by Bill and Pat Wetherton. They originally planned to renovate the home and then move on, but after more than 40 years as residents, they still call it home. Bill is a mechanical engineer and vice president of Carman Industries in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Pat is a retired JCPS teacher and educator in the Adult Education Unit.

From Farmhouse to Italianate Design

 

The Grand space is a 5,000-square-foot, 8-bed, 5-1/2-bath home in Anchorage, built in the farmhouse style in 1865 and made into a Victorian style in the 1880s and now designed in the Italianate style. The home sits on 5 acres in the beautiful neighborhood of Anchorage, KY.
